Support for applications and complex operational environments that may include hardware, software and procedural interaction are supported as well. Extended hours, 24x7 and offshore technical support plans are also available.

 

Customer Service and Support

CTS provides support solutions for customer inquiries, order processing and management; as well as issue identification, resolution and escalations. Trouble ticketing and RMA management solutions are also available.

 

 

Imaging

Simple and complex image management solutions are available from CTS. Image management can be utilized for new product purchases as well as in conjunction with repairs to insure that new units and repaired units arrive with your image loaded and ready for use.

 

Application Loading

One or more of a client's licensed applications may be loaded onto exisitng OEM hardware base image. Ask you sales rep if imaging or application loading makes sense for your requirements.

 

Asset Tagging

Asset tags are often applied to hardware to provide quick, secure identification and also to help expedite the support process. Specific information included on an asset tag may include but is not limited to: Company Name, Serial Number, Tech Support Information, User Name, and more.

 

Custom Hardware Configuration

Various configuration options relating to the hardware base components (i.e. Ram, Hard Drive, etc.) as well as configuration with additional hardware items, software and cases & mounting products are all candidates for configuration services.

 

Set Up, Pre-Test & Burn In

When client requirements involve multiple components operating together, CTS offers configuration and interoperability testing. Unit and system testing is available as well as burn in testing to insure the discovery of potential defects and imminent failure potential.
